•
May 26, 2005
NOA Project Number: E05053A
6.7 Discussion of Percolation Test Results
The soils within the sewage disposal areas of the site have demonstrated a satisfactory percolation 4 1
rate in accordance with the requirements of the EHD for the use of a standard septic system.
6.8 Discussion of Septic System Sizing
Septic System Construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal
Standards where applicable. G
i
7.0 CONCLUSIONS
In summa a satisfactory percolation rate of the soil was achieved in the proposed summary, ry p p posed septic disposal
areas on each of the proposed parcels of the property.
No ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. The depth to
{ ground water was found to be approximately 100-120 feet below the ground surface for the period
of Fall 1998 and Spring 1999 based on the San Joaquin County Ground Water Maps. No on-site
water well was available to be tested for nitrate and DBCP.
` 8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
! proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
` time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in lieu of
all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of professional
opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
NEIL O.ANDERSON&A.SSOCL4TES,'INC. rr
N.
QV
q Flo. 2151 1-
Nt
Rebecca Haskett,B.S. i .
