The Public Works Department amended the approval <br /> Condition Nos. 2 (c) and 2 (d) as follows: <br /> 2 .c. Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right=of-way from <br /> the centerline of Bethany Road to the property line and <br /> a 42-foot right-of-way from _thecenter line of Corral <br /> Hollow Road to the property line with a Lei 2G-L 301 x <br /> 301 corner cut-off (snipe) at the intersection shall be <br /> required across the frontage of APN 212-090-07. <br /> Dedication can be processed through the recording of the <br /> Parcel Map for MS-92-1121. The frontage improvements for Bethany Road and Corral <br /> Hollow Road across the developed portion shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- A <br /> half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural road for Bethany <br /> Road and an 84-foot right-of-way rural arterial road for <br /> Corral Hollow Road. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required <br /> for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for <br /> the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall <br /> be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public <br /> works Department and submitted to the Public <br />
