The frontage improvements for Bethany Road and Corral i <br /> Hollow Road across the developed portion shall. be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural road. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with <br /> a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan.
