A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material: <br /> 1. A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, section <br /> 7006 (1) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> i <br /> 3 . Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> 4 . All, recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a . <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6. All grading permits are subject to approval by <br /> other departments. <br /> 7 . All grading authorized by the permit shall be <br /> approved prior to issuance of any building permits, <br /> or beginning of any construction. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the followings <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. -' <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> 2 . Provide identification signs for the parking ' <br /> space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space. (C.C.R. , <br /> Title 24) <br /> 3 .
