The frontage improvements for Bethany IRoad and Corral <br /> Hollow Road across the developed portion shall be <br /> constructed in "conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural road. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements {will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a .,Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with <br /> a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval , of the Improvement Plan.
