Located on the W. side <br /> of Beyer Rd. , 890' N. of Harding Way, E. of Stockton. (District 2) <br /> APPLICANT: O-G Packing Company APN: 101-220-45 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> Portion of the site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately 34 feet NGVD. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodways <br /> areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, <br /> 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Beyer Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 40 to 60 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 <br /> prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .5) <br /> 2 .
