No. 11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi California 95240 <br /> Phone: (209) 368-4159 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Service <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Subject: This addendum submittal results from a discussion with a <br /> _representative_of the San Joaquin County Public-Health Service Environmental— - <br /> Health Division's representative and will correct the "EXISTING SEPTIC <br /> SYSTEMS" section at the bottom of page 2 and the top of page 3 of my August <br /> 20, 2001 Soil Suitability Study for the Brad Dias property located at 27057 South <br /> Bird Road, Tracy, California 95304. <br /> The section addition listed herein will replace the above referenced <br /> section in my 08/20/01 Contamination Report in its entirety: <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEMS: Existing San Joaquin County records of septic system <br /> permits in the immediate area of the subject property as well as the area in the immediate <br /> vicinity of the subject property were reviewed. A total of six(6) septic permits were <br /> reviewed. <br /> One permit was found for the subject property and involved constructing one <br /> hundred sixty(160) feet of leach lines consisting of two(2) leach lines. Each line was <br /> eighty(80) feet long. <br /> Another permit was found for adding leach lines to supplement two hundred(200) <br /> feet of already existing leach lines. The existing leach lines consisted of two (2) leach <br /> lines seventy-five (75) feet long and one (1) leach line fifty(50) feet long. The new lines <br /> consisted of constructing one hundred(100) feet of leach lines to supplement the already <br /> existing two hundred(200) feet of leach lines. The new additional lines consisted of two <br /> (2) leach lines. Each of the new additional lines were fifty(50) long. <br /> A third permit was found for constructing eighty (80)feet of leach lines (two [2] <br /> leach lines each forty [40] feet long). A sump was constructed at the end of each leach <br /> line. One sump was 4'x 12' x 8' in dimension and the other sump was 4' x 8' x 8'. Each <br /> sump had a depth of eight(8) feet. <br />
