Jr., et al Property located at29140 outh Bird Road. <br /> 2-$9og <br /> Existing Septic Systems: <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the area in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the subject property. No permits were found. The <br /> existing septic systems were installed in 1989 according to Charles Petz, <br /> one of the owners. No problems have been encountered. <br /> Existing Use: <br /> The existing property is in row crops with two mobile homes. <br /> Percolation Tests: <br /> On March 1,3,4, 1999 two percolation tests and a soil profile were <br /> performed by me in conformance with the percolation tests procedures <br /> outlined in the"Manual Septic Tank Practice", published by the U.S. <br /> Department of Health,Education and Welfare and per requirements of the <br /> San Joaquin County Local Health District. The approximate locations of <br /> the test percolation holes and soil profile are shown on the accompanying <br /> detail map. <br /> -2- <br />
