#!
F1 August 29, 2006
NOA Project Number: E06084A
6.7 Discussion of Percolation Test Results
The soils within the proposed septic disposal areas have demonstrated a satisfactory percolation rate
in accordance with the requirements of the EHD. The soils of these parcels appear to be suitable
for a standard septic system.
6.8 Discussion of Septic System Sizing
Septic system construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal J
Standards where applicable.
R 7.0 CONCLUSIONS
In summary, satisfactory percolation rates of the soil were achieved in the proposed septic disposal
areas for the site. The proposed parcels appear suitable for a standard septic system utilizing leach
lines.
No ground water was encountered _ of the borings drilled on the property. One domestic well%
exists on site. Nitrate was found a 42.3 g/L-N and DBCP was not detected.
4
8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
u
holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
