August 29, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06084A <br /> The elevation of the site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map (Vernalis <br /> - Quadrangle) is 85 to 100 feet above mean sea level. The property grades down to the northeast. <br /> i�1 <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned G-40, <br /> general agriculture,minimum parcel size 40 acres. This zoning designation "is established to <br /> preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises." <br /> F] <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> PMr. Ruiz intendslto se crate a home site parcel from the 58-acre designated remainder and adjust a <br /> parcel line of the Cwo xisting parcels. The new parcel will be used for a residence. He intends to <br /> keep the designaie-dremainder as agricultural land. A Tentative Parcel Map was provided by <br /> Quartaroli and Associates and is included in Plate 1. <br /> 1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. <br /> 1.4 Site Map / <br /> A site map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 1. <br /> 2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> 2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> Mr.Ruiz indicated that he acquired the property in 1976 from his father, Mr. Enemesio Ruiz.
