This zoning designation "is established to <br /> preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises." <br /> F] <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> PMr. Ruiz intendslto se crate a home site parcel from the 58-acre designated remainder and adjust a <br /> parcel line of the Cwo xisting parcels. The new parcel will be used for a residence. He intends to <br /> keep the designaie-dremainder as agricultural land.
