1 <br /> ' 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel located at 22009 N. Blossom Road, <br /> ' Thornton, CA. The project is in a farming community and is surrounded by agricultural land. It is <br /> zoned AG-40. The project parcel number is comprised of two parcel numbers are 011-030-21 and <br /> 011-030-23. The site is an orchard and bare ground. <br /> tDescription of proposed development: It is proposed to divide the existing parcel into two <br /> separate parcels. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> ' 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The primary <br /> source of information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the property manager,Don <br /> ' Lenz. Cortopassi Partners have owned this subject parcel for more than 10 years. The land use <br /> has not changed under their ownership. It has always been used for agricultural purposes. <br /> ' 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> ' two parcels from one existing parcel. Once the parcels are developed, a septic system will be <br /> required and built per the San Joaquin County requirements. There are no plans to develop the <br /> proposed parcels at this time. <br /> ' 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this <br /> parcel. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: Research shows filter beds and septic tanks have <br /> been added and or repaired. (See Appendix) <br /> ' 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines. <br /> ' 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits,age of system, <br /> permit numbers,copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1968 to 2009.
