The proposed reclamation end use is agriculture,The project site is <br /> located at the southwest corner of Boulton Road and McDonald Road.(Supervisorial District 3) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Linda Beers Heisig APPLICANT: Reeves Sand and Gravel, Inc. <br /> ADDRESS: 401 S.Boulton Road APN: 131-030-11 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area <br /> designated as Zone AE, The 100 year Flood Elevation will be approximately 9 Feet NAVD 1988. <br /> Boulton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> McDonald Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 80 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> (, The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and include the <br /> following: <br /> a. Detail of access road <br /> I b. A plan of the haul route for County roads. <br /> C. Stockpile area for topsoil. (No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of the <br /> property boundary or the County right-of-way-) <br /> 2. Public roads shall be kept free from mud,dirt and gravel resulting from quarry operations. <br /> 3. The access driveway for the project site shall be located and 'unproved so as to allow required sight <br /> distance in either direction for vehicles exiting the project site. The driveway shall be improved to San <br /> Joaquin County Drawing No. R-17 standards and allow for truck turning movements.
