Grantees shall post signs prohibiting parking on Grantors' <br /> property or the easement road. No less that 2 such signs facing <br /> each direction on the easement and visible from automobiles using :± <br /> the easement shall be posted and maintianed by Grantees. <br /> Grantees shall be responsible for enforcement of the no parking <br /> on the easement restrictions on their guests, invitees, -. <br /> employees, or other users authorized by them. <br /> 7. Grantee's business hours on their property shall be limited <br /> to 10:00 p.m. Up to three times per week the Grantee's business <br /> hours may extend to 11:00 p.m. The intent of this condition to N <br /> to prevent use of the easement by customers of Grantee's business <br /> beyond approximately 11:30 p.m. <br /> 8.
