Conditions if A roved <br /> Quarry Excavation Application No. QX-01-1 was approved by the Planning Commission on <br /> The effective date of approval is This <br /> approval rovaebeen complied e onwhich ed w thS(2) all necessary <br /> 18 months from <br /> the date of approval,unless(1) all Conditionsof Approval. <br /> building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number. have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirments cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPART M1*NT (Staff Contacts JenniferJolley,468-3161) <br /> a. FINAL GRADE:The average finished grade elevation shall be no lower than 13.9 feet. <br /> b. STOCKPILING: No stockpiled soil or material shall be placer) closer than twenty-five(25) feet to a <br /> property boundary.(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1415.3[b]) <br /> c. PRIVATE ROADS: All private roads involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to cwhich <br /> the creation of dust. The first one-hundred (100) feet of any private road on the property <br /> intersects with a publicly maintained road shall be surfaced in a manner approved by the Director. <br /> Traffic control and warning signs shall be installed, if required,at such intersections. The placement <br /> and size of these signs shall be approved by the Director of Public Works. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1415.3[c]) <br /> d. EROSION CONTROL: Protective vegetative planting, silt screen dams, or other approved methods <br /> shall be required where necessary for the control of erosion. An erosion and sediment control plan <br /> approved by Development Services Division shall be part of the reclamation plan. (Devel o pment Title <br /> Section 9-1415.3[d]) <br /> e. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: Standards contained in Chapter 9-1025 shall be met unless <br /> otherwise modified by conditions of the Quarry Excavation permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1415.3[el) <br /> f. HOURS OF OPERATION: Plant operations shall <br /> 1415.3 ally be carried on during the hours from 5:00 <br /> a.m.to 9:00 p.m. (Development Title Section [f1) <br /> g. REMOVAL OF TOPSOIL: The topsoil may be removed from the site. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1415.3[g]) <br /> h. WEED CONTROL: if noxious weeds are on the site, operations shall be in accordance with <br /> instructions from the Agricultural Commissioner of San Joaquin County. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1415.3[hl) <br /> i.
