SMARA and its regulation's require that reclamation plans address specific items, <br /> including identification of an end use, erosion control, water quality protection, habitat <br /> conservation, land revegetation, etc. <br /> If preparation of a reclamation plan is necessary, to assist the applicant in <br /> preparing a plan for the project, we have enclosed a copy of SMARA and a checklist <br /> used by staff to review the adequacy of the reclamation plan.
