The piject is located on the north side of..Braridt <br /> Road; 1,350 feet west of State Route (SR) 88; in Lockeford. <br /> Based on the information provided by the applicant of 11 employee vehicle trips per day, <br /> we have no comments to offer. However, if there will be trucks in addition, we need to <br /> know those volumes, as well as the Brandt Road existing and future volumes to determine <br /> intersection adequacy to handle the proposed project. <br /> Potential cumulative transportation impacts may occur when this and other development <br /> projects are fully implemented near this vicinity. Therefore, we strongly recommend-that <br /> Impact, Developer, and/or Fair Share Fees be collected and deposited with the lead <br /> I agency to pay for future infrastructure upgrades and/or other impacts at the SR 88 and <br /> Brandt Road. <br /> Please forward all Final Conditions of Approval including any mitigation measures that <br /> pp g <br /> F are being proposed as well as any other documents and reports (i.e. all forms of <br /> t environmental documents, Traffic Impact Study Reports, site and Location Maps, etc) on <br /> this proposed Project for our review, comment, and records.
