There is an existing gravel recycling plant on <br /> site that will remain in use. The application includes the construction of a 2,000 square foot modular office building, and <br /> parking for a maximum of ten (10) trucks and twenty (20) trailers. Operations will take place six (6) days per week, and <br /> eleven (11) hours per day (6 a.m. to 5 p.m.), with a maximum of eight (8) employees per shift, and no customers on site. <br /> The project as two (2) automobile parking stalls identified on the site plan. The site will utilize a private well and septic <br /> system, and be provided access from Brandt Road. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) I I-L (Limited Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/G (General <br /> Industrial) I I/L(Limited Industrial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of Brandt Road, 600 feet west of North State Route <br /> 12 and State Route 88, Lockeford. (APN/Address: 051-320-10/12505 East Brandt Road) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project <br /> as described. San Joaquin County has determined that through the Initial Study that contains proposed mitigation measures <br /> all potentially significant effects on the environment can be reduced to a less than significant level.
