Brandt. , Lockeford PLANNING DIVISION <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> b. Contruct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy.. Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer. Applicant must <br /> file an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. The <br /> application forms can be obtained from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. If the above ground holding facility had to <br /> be emptied you first would have to analyze the contents for <br /> any hazardous material. You can obtain specific test <br /> requirements from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A Division or San Joaquin County Health Care Services ��. <br />
