The site <br /> !f <br /> has a General Plan designation of RIL (Residential-Low Density) and is zoned R-L <br /> (Residential-Low Density) as well. The project site is located on the northeast corner of <br /> Brandt Road and Jack Tone Road in Lockeford. <br /> A previous major subdivision application was approved (SU-91-5) to create a 218-lot <br /> subdivision with a 26-acre lake, a recreation center, a library/fire station site, a park site, <br /> and four lots containing a total of 26.9 acres to be used for 79 clustered residences in <br /> - s prepared and certified for the General Plan Ma <br /> r An EIR ER-90 3 wa P <br /> the future. ( ) P P <br /> Amendment (GP-9Q-5) and Zone Reclassification (ZR-92-13) and 218-lot subdivision. <br /> That map approval expires on December 8, 2003. <br /> Revised Tentative Map <br /> The Department of Public Works has stated in their memo dated January 4, 2002, that <br /> access rights shall be restricted for lots along Brandt Road. As a result, the applicants <br /> are in the process of revising the tentative map. The revised tentative map will be re- <br /> referred to surrounding property owners and public agencies for review after it is <br /> submitted to this department. This item has been taken off the February 7, 2002 <br /> Planning Commission agenda and will be rescheduled upon submission of a revised <br /> tentative map. <br /> s <br /> Public Services <br /> The applicant submitted a "conditional will-serve" letter from the Lockeford Community <br /> Service District (LCSD) dated August 10, 2000 stating that LCSD will provide sewer and <br />
