In <br /> addition,a report shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br /> Works which defines the 100-year flood elevation and the limits of the 100-year <br /> floodplain for Bear Creek. Information from the revised preliminary Flood Insurance <br /> Rate Map, community panel number 060299 0170 B, dated January 8, 2001, shall be <br /> incorporated into the study. The report shall detail any other measures which must be <br /> taken to protect the entire lots from flooding from Bear Creek. (FLOOD CONTROL) <br /> 26. All Iots along Brandt Road shall have a garage and driveway to compel vehicles to drive <br /> forward to Brandt Road. <br /> 27.
