Verification shall be obtained from theoli - <br /> S d Waste Division (468 3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for Development <br /> Projects. <br /> 20. The applicant shall pay a fair share for the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection <br /> of State Route 88/State Route 12 and Jack Tone road of$15,150.00. Also the applicant <br /> shall pay a fair share for installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of State Route <br /> 88/State Route 12 and Brandt Road of$12,300.00. <br /> 21. A twenty foot wide easement between parcel 75 and parcel 76 connecting the cul-de-sac <br /> and lot "A", a sewer lift station shall be made on the finial map. The easement shall be <br /> paved with an all weather surface prior to acceptance by county of the roadways. <br /> 22. A twenty foot wide easement between parcels 74,72 and parcel 73 connecting the cul-de- <br /> sac and lot "B", a well site shall be made on the finial map. The easement shall be paved <br /> with an all weather surface prior to acceptance by county of the roadways. <br /> 23. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for lots: 25,26, 27,28, 42, 43, 51, 52, and <br /> lots 283 through 298, in addition to lots 187 and 188 along the frontage of Jack Tone <br /> Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 24. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for lots 113 and Iots 73, 74, & 75 along the <br /> frontage of Brandt Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 25. All lots shall be elevated by imported fill to a minimum elevation of 94 feet NGVD. In <br /> addition,a report shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br /> Works which defines the 100-year flood elevation and the limits of the 100-year <br /> floodplain for Bear Creek. Information from the revised preliminary Flood Insurance <br /> Rate Map, community panel number 060299 0170 B, dated January 8, 2001, shall be <br /> incorporated into the study. The report shall detail any other measures which must be <br /> taken to protect the entire lots from flooding from Bear Creek. (FLOOD CONTROL) <br /> 26. All Iots along Brandt Road shall have a garage and driveway to compel vehicles to drive <br /> forward to Brandt Road. <br /> 27.
