Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for lots along the <br /> frontage of Jack Tone Road and Lots 258, 259, 318, and 319 along <br /> the frontage of Brandt Road. (Interior street circulation shall <br /> be revised. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 .5) <br /> 17 . The streets within t i phased portions, which are stubbed for, future � <br /> extension, will require temporary turnarounds. Provisions shall <br /> be made for removal of the temporary turnaround upon demand by the <br /> County, including security to ensure its removal . The following road segments: <br /> (1) Jack Tone Road between Kettleman Lane and <br /> State Highway Route 12/88 . <br /> (2) Brandt Road between State Highway Route 12/88 and <br /> Tully Road. <br /> The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, <br /> as estimated by the Department of Public Works Public Facilities <br /> Division, prior to Department of Public Works preparing or <br /> contracting for the required study.
