USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO.UP-01.-9 OF BODNAR,JOHN W <br /> JJ ETAL CIO CENTRAL VALLEY BAPTIST CHURCH. A Use Permit <br /> application to establish a church facility for up to 250 members to be completed <br /> in two phases. Phase One to consist of constructing a 2400 square foot steel <br /> structure to be used as a multi-purpose building,Phase Two to consist of <br /> constructing a 10,000 square foot church building.Both phases will be completed <br /> within five years. (APN: 204-020-04; Address: 10948 S.Airport Way, <br /> Manteca). i <br /> Jennifer Jolley,Associate Planner; Steve Rigby,Matt Linder and Jerry de Bellefeuille,Central <br /> Valley Baptist Church; and Rollin Hall,Neil Anderson&Associates,were present for this item. <br /> Ms.Jolley introduced the project. Ms.Jolley reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> Ms.Jolley informed the applicants that instead of having an acoustical study done or moving the <br /> building,the Community Department Department could condition the project so it reads that <br /> there will not be any outdoor activities within 150 feet from the property line. Mr.Darrow <br /> reviewed the Building Code Requirements. <br /> Ms.Jolley indicated that she would like to know what kind of mitigation measure that the <br /> applicants would like to use regarding the loss of agricultural land prior to the Planning <br /> Commission hearing. <br /> Ms.Jolley asked the Committee to read through the Department of Toxic Substances Control <br />' letter dated March 19,2002. Mr.Borges indicated that he would contact the Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control and see if he could get a response and some direction. <br />{ <br />
