A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and <br /> to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.2 and Flood Control Division) <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division, the <br /> Lockeford Community Services District, and the Department of Public Works. The <br /> I <br /> system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the Cy <br /> ount Fire <br /> Warden and the local Fire District. A"Will Serve" letter <br /> from the Lockeford Community Services District shall be provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> i 7. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed <br />` in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health services <br /> Environmental Services Division,the Lockeford Community Services District, and the <br /> Department of Public Works. A "Will Serve" letter from the Lockeford Community <br /> Services District shall be provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 8. Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and the frontage intersections of <br /> Brandt Road and Pestana Drive also the intersection of Jack Tone Road and San Pas gel <br /> Way, and the intersection of Jack Tone Road and Dawson Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.11) <br /> 9. The subdivider is subject to Drainage Trust Fund Fees (Area No. 26B), which currently <br /> are $6519.00 per acre. (The fee shall be automatically adjusted January 1 and July.1 of <br /> each year yy the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record.) Sheet 26 of the Master Storm Drainage Map by Psomas and Associates <br /> (January 1992) shall be revised to reflect proposed storm drain. If revision is approved, a <br /> credit for storm' drainage that conforms may be allowed. The fee shall be paid prior to <br /> recording of the Final map for each Phase. <br /> i <br /> i <br />
