GOTTI (C/O RIVER OAKS JOINT VENTURE) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Major Subdivision to create a. 128--lot <br /> residential subdivision with a lake on a 124-acre parcel. General <br /> Plan Map Amendment Application No. GP-90-5 was approved by the <br /> Board of Supervisors on December 1, 1990, changing the designation <br /> on the subject parcel from Agriculture to Low Density Residential. <br /> On September 12, 1991, the Board subsequently approved Zone <br /> Reclassification Application No. ZR-90-5, reclassifying the <br /> property from AG-40 to R1-8. In both cases, the Board of <br /> Supervisors certified Final Environmental Impact Report No. ER-90-3 <br /> as adequate and adopted "Findings of Significant Environmental <br /> Impact" and a "Statement of' Overriding Considerations. " In order <br /> for the Planning Commission `to take action on the Major Subdivision <br /> application, the .Final Environmental Impact Report will have to be <br /> recirculated'; according--'to=-the requirements -of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act. A Mitigation Monitoring Program will be <br /> prepared as a part of the Staff Report for the full application for <br /> action by the Planning Commission. <br /> The Development Services Division -has reviewed the Major <br /> Subdivision application, as well as the Final Environmental Impact <br /> Report, and offers the following tentative recommended Conditions <br /> of Approval: <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval <br /> unless: (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2) a Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s <br /> Office. <br /> II <br /> 2 <br />
