The attached dust <br /> control practices are recommended mitigation measures to <br /> reduce construction related dust. <br /> 3 . An environmental impact report was prepared for this <br /> project having a document file number of ER-90-3 . <br /> Pursuant to that EIR, this project will. have significant <br /> unavoidable adverse impacts, subsequently, all feasible <br /> mitigation measures are recommended for project <br /> implementation. These mitigation measures should not be <br /> limited to the measures listed in the EIR. Attached is <br /> a list of suggested mitigation measures prepared by the <br /> i District and recommended for implementation.
