ELEY lake should be graded to prevent ponding. <br /> LEGAL ADVISOR <br /> 2 . Street gutter drop inlets and storm drains <br /> should be free of either sediment or trash <br /> collection devices that can trap or hold water <br /> during low flow conditions. <br /> 3 . All drainage should flow into approved flood <br /> control systems. <br /> ` 4 . The propbsed lake should be a minimum depth of <br /> 41 . <br /> N <br /> 5. .. . 'The.. banks of the lake should be maintained with <br /> minimal vegetation. <br /> 6 . The lake bottom should be designed with a <br /> graded bottom so that all water can be removed <br /> by gravity or pumping for maintenance purposes. <br /> 7 .
