Premises shall be <br /> maintained in a neat and sanitary manner_ (Development Title Section 9-1045.4[b]) <br /> (2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or maintained in <br /> coops, pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures, closer than 100 feet from any rear or <br /> side property line.
