Duringtlie
inspection, it was determined that KRC Aggregates is operating outside the originally permitted
110 acres. Because KRC Aggregates is presently mining outside the permitted area, an update of
the Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) is required.
To initiate the WDR process, please submit a Report,of Waste Discharge (RWD). The RWD
consists of the enclosed Form 200 and a technical report that will serve as your response to
Sections VI and VII of Form 200. The technical report must, at a minimum, address all items
listed on the enclosed sheet entitled "Additional Information Requirements" and must be 'f
prepared under the supervision of a California Registered Registered Engineer or Engineering
Geologist familiar with wastewater processes. The RWD shall also include any additional
information required to explain the site specific processes. Because KRC Aggregates is already
paying an annual fee, there is no additional fee associated with the RWD submittal.
Please submit the RWD by 17 January 2001. Please call me at (916) 255-3116 if you have any M
questions regarding this request for an RWD. '
TIMOTHY R.
