r <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> QX-91-4 <br /> 2 . A traffic study to determine the impacts and mitigation for <br /> the intersection of Brandt Road and Clements Road shall be <br /> required . The developer shall deposit with the County funds <br /> for all costs , as estimated by the Public Works Department <br /> Public Facility Division , prior to Public Works Department <br /> preparing or contracting for the required study . <br /> k <br /> 3 . Loads on Brandt Road Drive shall be restricted to the legal <br /> load limit . <br /> exlkt <br /> 4 . A video tape of road conditions on Brandt Road , from the dress <br /> end of Brandt Road to Clements Road, is required prior to the <br /> start of excavation . The condition of Brandt Road shall be <br /> reviewed with the Department of Public Warks prior to the <br /> start of excavation . <br /> I <br /> S . A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the <br /> Department of Public Works shall be filed with the <br /> Department with a guarantee that , if the Permittee fails , <br /> refuses , or neglects to repair , under permit , any damages <br /> to Brandt Road, which may result from Permittee ' s operations <br /> the Department of Public Works may do the work necessary to <br /> restore Brandt Road equal to , or better than, its original <br /> condition, using the funds from said bond or cash deposit . <br /> 5 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application . (The fee currently is $200. 51 <br /> per daily trip-end in the Lockeford area . The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index asb ublished <br /> p y the Engineering News <br /> Record . ) <br /> 7 . All water utilized in the plant operation must be disposed of <br /> behind a closed dike . All retaining basins , settling ponds, <br /> ditches , and diking shall be to the specifications of. the <br /> Department of Public Works . <br /> 8 .
