Asphalt-paved access constructed in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association Standard 902.2.2 for a fire road shall be provided from the end of Williams Road <br /> to Parcels 5, 6, 7, and 8, prior to approval of the Certificate of Compliance. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1150.15[c]) <br /> 11. The secondary access road along the west property line of Parcel 3 shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association Standard 902.2.2, prior to <br /> approval of the Certificate of Compliance. (Development Title Section 9-1150.15[c]) <br /> 12. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include <br /> grading plan for each individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are <br /> subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin <br /> Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel Map.
