The secondary access road along the west property line of Parcel 3 shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association Standard 902.2.2, prior to <br /> approval of the Certificate of Compliance. All improvement plans and specifications shall include <br /> grading plan for each individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are <br /> subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin <br /> Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel Map.
