April 21, 2006 NOA Project Number: E06022A Steven Chinchiolo was contacted by telephone on-April 19, 2006, for further information about the underground storage tank.--He stated that he believes the tank was used for gasoline but could not be sure. Mr.Chinchiolo indicated the location of the tank as approximately 30 feet north and 20 feet west of of the spray materials storage shed. He indicated that an old cement slab may mark its location but that, as far as he can tell,all the spouts are gone so that it can no longer be used. 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION 3.1 Research Methods 'NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information.
