April 21, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06022A <br /> Steven Chinchiolo was contacted by telephone on-April 19, 2006, for further information about the <br /> underground storage tank.--He stated that he believes the tank was used for gasoline but could not be <br /> sure. Mr.Chinchiolo indicated the location of the tank as approximately 30 feet north and 20 feet west <br /> of of the spray materials storage shed. He indicated that an old cement slab may mark its location but <br /> that, as far as he can tell,all the spouts are gone so that it can no longer be used. <br /> 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION <br /> 3.1 Research Methods <br /> 'NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing the <br /> location of the subject property,a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, <br /> j. and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets <br /> within the quarter miler All agency databases searchable by address are then searched for these address <br /> F1ranges. <br />} 3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control BoardF1 _ <br /> NOA reviewed the Leaking Undergr9und Storage.Tanks (LUST) list Qanuary 2006), the Dater Purveyors <br /> Quarterly Report on MTBE Qanuary 2006),and the Spills,Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanups(SLIC)list(15c <br /> A <br /> Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)'in <br /> an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release <br /> of a toric or hazardous agent into the environment-on _ ubj c proper within,one-quarter mile <br /> radius of the subject property: The subject propcIG was not listed . y of these databases, and no <br /> address within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases. <br /> 3.1.2 : San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> According to Diane Martinez' of the EHI(,�noics/were available for the subject property addresses <br /> of 19801, 20719 &20963 Brennan Road.PA <br /> ` <br /> The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List,dated December 20,20 n e LOP/Non-LOP Sites <br /> Est,dated July 20,2004,were reviewed at the EHD on March 8,200 No ad oval sites were found <br /> F within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> J <br /> The UST Program Fatality Inventory by.Facility Name, dated Apri11 I;2001, as also searched at the EHD <br /> on March 8, 2006 for the name of Philip Chinchiolo&Sons No records were found for the subject <br /> property. <br /> 1 "California Regional Water Quality Control Board;Sacramento,www.swrcb.ca.gov. <br /> 'Personal Communication;March S,2006. <br /> 5 <br />
