:E <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1000200 <br /> Chinchiolo <br />{ Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1000200 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> i Community Development Department on September 29, 2010, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 3, 2012, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Mo Hatef, [209)468-8477) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels. Parcel 1 to contain <br /> 40.18 acres, Parcel 2 to contain 40.30 acres, and Parcel Three to contain 240.80 acres as shown on <br /> the site plan dated August 24, 2010. <br /> E <br /> b. NOTICE OFLOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance'of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development' Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Adt; or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
