The proposed reclamation end use is agricultural row <br /> crops to include alfalfa,wheat, safflower,tomatoes and corn; located on the north side of <br /> Briggs Road, 1,760 feet west of Manthey Road,north of Lathrop. (Supervisorial District 3) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Jeremy R. &Kimberly A. Gann APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 300 E. Wyman Road, French Camp APN: 193-340-21 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> Briggs Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and shall include the <br /> following: <br /> a. Stockpile area shall delineate temporary stockpile boundaries and slopes. (No excavation or stockpile <br /> shall be allowed within 12 feet of the property boundary) <br /> b. Public roads shall be kept free from mud, dirt and gravel resulting from excavation operations. Show <br /> details for stabilized entrance/exit design per California Stormwater BMP Handbook TC-1. <br /> i. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. File Permit Registration Documents(PRD)with the State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB). Submit <br /> the Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID) issued by the SWRCB to Public Works. <br />
