b) Estimated Production Schedule <br /> The removal of the sand deposits and reclamation will take five years. The <br /> expected amount of sand to be removed annually is 19,900 cubic yards. <br /> The expected start date is May 1, 2014 with a completion date of December <br /> 31, 2019. <br /> c) Mining Plan and Operating Plan i <br /> The removal of the sand will be on a year round basis except for poor or <br /> bad winter conditions with the majority of the sand being removed during <br /> the spring to winter period. Upon approval of permit the removal of the <br /> sand deposits will take three years and total reclamation should be <br /> completed within two years. <br /> Equipment to be used at the project site consists of: <br /> 1 water truck, 1 wheel loader, 1 land leveling scraper <br /> d) Tops oillOverburden <br /> The topsoil is to be excavated and hauled from field, as it is too sandy. <br /> The sandy materials will be stockpiled on-site and sold for commercial <br /> uses. After, excavation the agricultural field will be lowered at a 1.5 foot <br /> average from existina levels. No outside fill material will be used at the <br /> project site. No resoiling is needed as the dirt below the sandy topsoil is <br /> more suitable for farming. <br /> e) gine Waste <br /> There will be no waste discharge associated with the excavation permit. <br /> All excavated materials will either be processed or used for reclamation. <br /> f) Size <br /> Total acres to be permitted is 40.9 acres <br /> Total acres to be disturbed is 40.9 acres <br /> Total acres to be reclaimed is 40.9 acres <br /> g) Water Requirements <br /> Daily consumption 3500 — 7000 gallon per day during summer period. Fall <br /> and spring 3500 gallons per day. No water usage during the winter time. <br /> Water is to be obtained from existing well on ranch with an overhead <br /> water stand for the loading of the water to be used.
