This resulted in two parallel roads, each <br /> named Broadway Avenue. <br /> Addressing <br /> a <br /> The eastern fork of Broadway Avenue is approximately 300 feet long and ends just before reaching the State <br /> Route 99 off-ramp. This section of Broadway Avenue serves three assessor parcel numbers (APNs): 143-230- <br /> 03, 143-230-14 and 143-230-15. APNs 143-230-14 and 143-230-03 have one Broadway Avenue address <br /> each. Those addresses will change to Broadway Court if this project is approved. APN 143-230-15 has six 1 <br /> residences. Four of those residences have Windsor Avenue addresses that will not be affected by this project. <br /> The remaining two residences front on Broadway Avenue and do not have addresses.
