The closure procedure involves 1drilling out the well casings and - <br /> grouting the borings. When that has been done, the surface at the well sites will be fully <br /> restored to its original condition. <br /> Without your agreement to permit us access to the property, the SJCEH may direct you to <br /> complete the well closures at your expense. <br /> To indicate your agreement for us to,perform the well closures please sign and date this <br /> letter in the spaces provided below and return the original to the address at the foot of the T <br /> page.
