SU-92-6 <br /> E <br /> Dear Mr. Kraetsch: <br /> Your Improvement Plans and Specifications for Shaylynn Estates Subdivision were <br /> approved on July 18, 1997, Our approval of your Improvement Plans and Specifications <br /> covers only the design:�of improvement features shown. <br /> It is emphasized that the Improvement Plans and Specifications approval does not <br /> supersede any required applications, permits, approvals or inspections involving City, <br /> State or Federal agencies, other County departments and districts, including the <br /> Community Development Department and Public Health Services. Building and electrical <br /> details are under the jurisdiction of the Community Development Department. Any <br /> changes to these Improvement Plans and Specifications must be prepared and certified by <br /> a California Registered Civil Engineer, and shall be approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Director of Public works, or his designee, prior to construction. <br /> The Department of Public Works Field Engineering Division ((209) 468-3022) shall be <br /> notified not less than 48 hours (two working days) in advance of commencing any <br /> construction concerning improvements to be inspected by Public Works. A meeting with <br /> the developer or his authorized representative, the Contractor and this Department should <br /> be scheduled with the.field Engineering Division prior to commencing work on this project. <br /> It is of major importance that the foregoing procedures be followed In order that <br /> this <br /> Department may recommend to the Board of Supervisors that the completed work be <br /> accepted by the County. Any work performed without adequate inspection may be <br /> deemed unacceptable;I�thereby jeopardizing project acceptance. It is also necessary that <br /> the subdivider execute;an improvement agreement with the County ensuring completion of <br /> the improvements witlin one (1) year of the date of acceptance of the Final Map for the <br /> subdivision, unless all improvements are to be constructed prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. The full responsibility for the above requirements rests entirely with the subdivider or' <br /> his authorized represe htative. Evidence of delegation of authority to such authorized <br /> representative shall be, submitted to this Department upon receipt of this letter. <br /> ii <br /> This office is staffed to assist you in the timely completion of your public improvements. <br /> Your cooperation, therefore, is solicited in order that we may serve you most effectively. <br /> y <br /> J` <br />
