Calimyrna Road, SII -92-6 <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br />Division, has received and reviewed Neil O. Anderson & Associates <br />soil suitability and nitrate loading studies dated December 27, <br />1991, and April 7, 1997, and has found them acceptable for all the <br />lots. <br />The installation of the septic systems must be under an application <br />permit, inspection, and approved by this Department. The permit fee <br />is $180.00. The installation of the water wells and pumps must be <br />under an application permit, inspection, and approved by this <br />Department. Wells are to have a minimum 100 foot grout seal and to <br />be installed according to San Joaquin County Standards. The permit <br />fee is $230.00. <br />The water in the general vicinity has been found to be <br />bacteriologically potable; however, chemical quality has not been <br />ascertained. There are no State or legal regulations that apply <br />public drinking water standards to private wells. <br />The compliance of these 2.00+ acre parcels as it relates to San <br />Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110, has been <br />completed and accepted to allow septic, well, and pump permits to <br />be issued. <br />Should you have questions, please call Greg Oliveira, Senior <br />R.E.H.S., at (209) 468-0341. <br />Ernest M.
