State law requires certain projects within an <br /> airport area of influence to comply with all restrictions in the ALUC's Airport Land Use <br /> Plan. <br /> This project is located approximately 2500 feet north of the Lodi Linds Airports main <br /> runway, within the Horizontal Imaginary Surface. This location falls outside the 60 dB <br /> CNEL high noise contours; however, the area is subject to frequent overflight and <br /> accompanying single event noise disturbances. <br /> r <br /> The proposed residential use is permitted under the Airport Land Use Plan, but the <br /> ALUC is concerned about the impact that the proposed development will have on the <br /> continued operation of the airport. Residents would be subjected to frequent high levels <br /> of single event noise because the property, falls under-the landing pattern for both the <br /> main and secondary runways.
