/SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY, ACAMPO ESTATES
Page No. 6
i
The percolation test results do varybetween lots, which is mainly a function of the
depth and degree of cementation of the underlying silts and sands. Effort was made to
locate the tests in areas most likely to be used for a leach field. If the location of a
proposed leach field varies significantly from an individual test location, the test data should
not be considered accurate of other locations.
Mainly based on the depth to ground water in the area but also on the soil profile
and the proposed density of the subject project, it is our opinion that the proposed
development should not adversely affect the quality of the ground water in the area.
VIII LIMITATIONS'
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the
proposed development, existing septic systems, present and past use of the subject property,
and site conditions as they existed at the time we drilled our test holes and performed the
percolation tests. It was assumed that the; test holes and percolation tests results are
representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This
warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and
statements of professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or
implied.
