Durham Ferry Road Tracy, CA 95304 Subject: Well Completion Report 7541 W. 11th Street, Tracy, California Dear Russ: LL Dietz Engineering and Construction,Inc. has completed iRhe water well for the subject property. This well is a 460 foot 6 inch diameter well with a 2 BPump set at approximately 140 feet below ground surface. The static water level for the well is 80 feet below ground surface. The estimated volume available in this well is 20 to 30 gallon per minute, which should be more than adequate for domestic water use at the subject addre s. A bladder type pressure tank has been utilized and the pressure switch setting is 40 on/60 psi off. Attached is a copy of the well Lcompletion report, which was submitted to the State as rerquired by law. Attached are the permits obtained for.installation of this r�ell: " • Well drilling Permit • Pump Permit • Electrical Permit To verify that the well has been sealed from the upper aqurafir the water has been analyzed for nitrate. This was used to verify that the well is producing water from the water bearing zone below the corcoran clay,which is virtually free ofnitmtes. The nitrate level in the attached laboratory sample shows a nitrate level of Non Detect with a resolution limit of 1 mg/L. This is consistent with wells in the area at the depth. In addition Ithe well water was analyzed for coliform bacteria, which is absent. 3 To verify that the well has not been adversely impacted b the fuel leak, which occurred many years ago at the truck stop at 7500 W. 11h a sample wast iken from the well head and analyzed for TPH gas, TPH diesel and BTEX. The analyses were bonducted in accordance with EPA + Method 8015 and EPA Method 826013. Petroleum hydr ons were non detect. See attached reports.. 33233 S.
