Contaminated <br /> water will be loaded into a vacuum truck and shipped for recycling at a permitted off-site <br /> facility. <br /> 7.0 PERMITTING <br /> The following permits and authorizations will be obtained from the SJCPH and the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works (SJCDPW) for implementation of the <br /> remediation program.
