Disbrow /ywIzP ZV,9 X81, 9& 1 Date: December 1, 2003 Re.: 7500 West Eleventh Street, Tracy, CA: Denial of AB2886 Submittals Nuel, I am responding to your recent denial of our Navarra Property submissions to the GeoTracker database. Earlier this year and again with last month's denial, you noted that the SJCEHD had not been given a copy of the required well XY and Z surveys. ("No hard copy of survey received by EHD to compare to EDF.") In your denial, you also noted, as you had with previous denials, that some well casing elevations in our Tables and our GeoTracker uploads did not match the boring logs for certain wells. I am anxious to resolve this persistent issue related to the surveys and measurements performdd at the site. All of the information regarding these two issues can also be found in the site characterization reports cited below: Site Characterization Report: Former Fueling Station at 7500 West Eleventh Street, Tracy, California, submitted to SJCEHD in January 2001 Report on Extended Site Characterization -Former Fueling Station at 7500 West Eleventh Street, Tracy, California, submitted to SJCEHD in October 2002 Issue 1: Hard Copy of Well Survey Table 1 of SJC's October 2002 extended site characterization report shows all of the required XY and Z survey data. Table 1 is your hard copy of the final well survey data at the site. Unlike other types of surveys, X,Y and Z survey data is not presented in plan form. The applicable information derived from the surveys made to date has, of course, been incorporated into all'of SJC's site plan Figures as the work 12/3/2003
