Please note that the Water Quality <br /> Control Plan for the Central Valley recognizes all waters as potential beneficial, and that <br /> the California UST Regulations require cleanup goals that will protect the beneficial use <br /> of all waters. An analysis of the risk should not be performed until the extent of the <br /> contamination is known. <br /> Please submit to PHSIEHD a work pian to define the vertical and lateral extent of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon contamination evidenced at this site by June 18, 1999. Include <br /> in the work plan a site specific Health and Safety Plan, and a well survey that identifies <br /> the location of all agricultural, industrial, domestic, municipal and other wells within a <br /> 2000 foot radius of the site.
