It is something that I have records of. (The supervisor code is 05 and the location code is <br /> 03). <br /> I am not sure how I missed on the payment fees. Though I misunderstood and thought that two of the <br /> permits were for streets and combined them. <br /> The fees are$125 per each well destruction and an inspection activity fee of$375 per parcel. <br /> That means that there is a fee of 4 X 125= $1500 for the four parcels and a fee of 125 X 27=$3375 for <br /> the 27 wells. <br /> Added together that gives us a total of$4875. <br /> The check that I asked for and you issued is for$3775.The correct amount is$4875. <br /> 1 apologize for the confusion. <br /> We need a check for$1100 for the total amount. <br /> One other thing. <br /> The encroachment permit is not in the packet. Can you provide a copy of that?
