Eleventh Street, Tracy, CA <br /> Annual Five-Year Review Update Response CUF Claim # 14167 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed the <br /> fifth annual five-year review update letter dated 02 May 2012 from Kirk Larson of the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Cleanup Fund (CUF) for the above-referenced site. <br /> The CUF recommended that the EHD consider the site for closure. <br /> The EHD has considered the site for closure and has discussed the site closure consideration <br /> with a representative of the Regional Water Quality Control Board on 10 October 2012. A case <br /> closure summary is in preparation and a public participation will be conducted prior to <br /> destroying the monitoring wells associated with this site investigation.
