Foppiano Rd. , Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements lasted below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> 1. Soil Suitability approved -by PHS, Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to accepting a full application. <br /> 2 . If soil suitability is acceptable, it would require the <br /> following: <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. A Septic system <br /> must be installed on each lot within the sewage disposal <br /> area upon construction of the residence. This septic <br /> system must meet San Joaquin County standards for <br /> individual disposal systems which include a septic tank <br /> and a double leach field system provided with an <br /> alternating distribution box. <br /> I <br /> b. Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division (on lot #5) . <br /> C. The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Services Division, <br /> and the Department of Public Works. The system shall <br /> provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in <br /> conformance to the requirements of the County Fire Warden <br /> and the local Fire District. A test well showing that <br /> the production well will meet all applicable standards is <br /> required prior to the approval of the Improvement Plans <br /> or any work within the site. This public water system <br /> must be installed, approved and accepted by both San <br /> Joaquin County Public Works Division and Environmental <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
