Carroll ET AL APN: 086 -400-8, 23 , & 27 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Canepa Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> Foppiano Lane has an existing right--of-way width of 40 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FORWARDED FOR YOUR <br /> CONSIDERATION, CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF THIS APPLICATION. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
