SII-92-15 <br /> OF JAMES CARROL ETAL (C/O DILLON ENGINEERING) <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> This is a Major Subdivision Application to subdivide 43 . 15 acres <br /> into 37 rural residential parcels ranging from 44, 000 square feet <br /> to 50, 000 square feet. The site is located southwest of Canepa <br /> Road and southeast of Hildreth Lane, northeast of Stockton. <br /> f . The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and will be recommending that it be denied by the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> In the event that the Major 'Subdivision Application (SU-92-15) is <br /> approved the following Conditions of Approval would apply. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s <br /> Division. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Final Map. <br /> Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The minimum lot size shall be one (1) acre net. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-310. 3) <br /> b.
