COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SU-92-15 <br /> 10. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2,882. 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Stockton <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 11. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required when parcels 'are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $1, 069. 00 per single family dwelling unit. If <br /> there is no building permit required, the fee will be exempt. <br /> The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent <br /> shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 12 . Adjustment to improvements shall be made to provide for two <br /> way traffic and for temporary cul-de-sacs as well as utility <br /> systems modification to conform to county standards where <br /> subdivision is to be recorded in phases. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> 13 . A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with <br /> -_ the County Standards for the purpose of determining the <br /> R-Value for the design of the roads. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.2) <br /> 14. All -utilities shall be underground except power transmission <br /> facilities of a 35 KV or greater. Public utility easements <br /> shall be provided along the road frontage of the subdivision <br /> and as required by the public utility companies. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1155.2) <br /> 15. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay user fees for <br /> the utility services from the time improvements are accepted <br /> by the County until the lots are placed on the County tax <br /> rolls, or up to an eighteen month period, as the case may be. <br /> .
