COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SU-92-15 <br /> 10. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2,882. 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Stockton <br /> area.
